BOARD MEETING SPEAKER’S CARD

Please complete this digital speaker’s card in order to address the museum’s board during the public session of its meetings. All digital cards must be filled out by 4:00pm on the Monday before the board meeting. The museum board of directors regularly meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm at the museum. If your form is not recieved by the listed deadline, your request will automatically be called up at the next meeting.

Note: All public comments must be addressed to the board as a whole. Addressing individual board members or staff is not allowed. The speaker should be courteous in their choice of words and comments shall be limited to the issue and cannot involve individual staff or unrelated items.

 

Time Limit:

Your time limit is three minutes. If a board member makes a motion, receives a second and the approval of the majority of the board, you’ll be granted one more minute to speak.
